Ah, perhaps he was referring to what happens at Twickenham. In fact, he's probably seen tackles like that at Leicester Tigers and the refs have just played on.

From the sublime to the ridiculous, great first half, pure poetry in motion. Awful first 30 minutes of the 2nd half then took control of the game again.
I know it's been covered on many occasions, but the emptiness of the stadium at full time was shocking, we've just scored six, we're top of the league, it's a 3pm kick off, there were no trains to rush back for, stay and applaud the players for their efforts. Also loved Fern leaving it on Maddison towards the end.

Strange game that & the warning signs were there in the first half. Why on earth were fern & Gundy racing forward all game ? Especially in the 2nd half. Shocking performances by them 2 even in the first half.

peps lack of tactical change at certain times is his only weakness but it can be costly.

Generally first half incredible but kevs legs were gone in 2nd half

if they took their chance to make it 4-4 we would have taken the points. Within 5 mins of 2nd change was needed. But yes on paper the change worked.

Yer probably right - the only Leicester players I had an eye open for were Kelechi 'n Kasper! Great assist from Kasper for Gundog's goal!
