My pre match pint for Wembley has always been Baker St Wethers. Reasonable (for London) prices, good service, usually a decent atmosphere and then just a couple of stops on tube up to Wembley.

A fine pre Wembley boozer.

Crazy this isn’t it. The game is in 12 days and there has been no news on tickets, what CV requirements they will have, transport options etc.

Tried going in here for the Carabao Cup final 2020 and couldn't as it was a Villa-only pub. Not sure if that will be the same this time with us playing Midlands opposition again.

I've only been to one charity shield game. Got a free ticket. Wasn't worth going.

To be fair to Pep he’s always gone with a strong team where he can. I think he played Stones and Walker in 2018 having only returned to training a few days earlier. Hopefully won’t be like the 2014 debacle against Arsenal.

I’m an FOC and games at Wembley used to be decades apart, for me they are all worthwhile, especially after lockdown
