Leicester post match thread

I'm not type sure how anyone could come to the conclusion that KDB was immense today after actually watching that game.

Shots on target still too low and keeper not having to do much needs to improve a bit.

Almost there now though. One good win should get top 4

So relieved we won but fcuk me we are so naive at seeing a game out when we're winning - defence all over the place, misplaced headers and passes, giving fouls away in dangerous positions, can't keep possession to save our lives, can't win a foul, can't take it in the corner to kill time, give the ball away to the opposition often when we're in a good position. Summed it up at the very end as when we broke from their pressure the game seemed over as Sane got in on their goal - he either scores or kills the final few seconds but NO! -he hits his shot against the back of their defender which rebounded and set them up for a final attack which was looking dangerous until the ref blew for full time.
Epic naivety.

I couldn't care less, mate.

I said "I thought KDB and Silva were immense today" and I stand by it and can back it up with objective stats. You disagree with my assessment and don't consider football stats to be important, as you've made clear in the past (notably in the Bring Joe Hart thread

Really. That's news to me.

Any chance of finding me that post?

Im not talking about major decisions mate, its the seemingly small ones. The free kicks in their favour whilst they kick our lads to fuck. The 50/50's all going their way. The advantage rules that seemingly only ever go one way. The corners given where its clear to even Stevie Wonder the last touch was that of a Leicester player and finally 7 mins, yes 7 mins of injury time that suddenly becomes 10.

Take a city fan and during a game out of 20 decisions 14 seem straightforward 3 the opposition are hard done by 3 city are. Guess which ones the city fans remember the most? Watch the game again and at the commencement of injury time sit there and see if you can find 3 minutes extra. It won't be hard believe me. A fair gripe would be other refs don't add what they should. Do we slate a guy who does it correctly?

If we want to judge a ref fairly there is only one way to do it, don't support a football team. Also try watching a neutral game of football without replays and see how many decisions you get wrong, if this guy wanted to shaft us he did a pretty good job at not doing so. If people dont pick their battles they just turn into mourinho.

Couldn't be there as my lad had a fight today so no input just happy with the three points.

Thread is locked so can't quote directly, but you can see it in your own history. Here's what you said:

Any idea of a breakdown on those shots. Inside the area, outside. We all know stats are so misleading. He literally could of had a high percentage of saving pretty weak and lame shots than making cracking saves.

This is the same when using stats on pretty much every player, they can be so misleading

I can sit and watch any game and come the injury time board, argue its a load of bollox but its just funny how we can get 7 mins turned into 10 when most weeks, games will go by with similar stoppages and they get 3 mins if they are lucky.

10 mins is normally for a leg break or a serious head injury and that today was a complete fucking joke.

Even the pisscan would have been embarrassed by it.

I thought he had a decent game. I think there was one or two tackles second half which he got wrong, but I think a large part was the team was so poor 2nd half they took it out on the ref. 7 minutes is absurd and wouldn't be given in the same shoes at Stamford Bridge/The Lane or Old Trafford, which is what pisses fans off, the fact they will play to the letter against us but turn a blind eye to others.
