Fernandinho, D. Silva and De Bruyne are big misses and Walkers drop in standards has hit us hard.

We have nothing to lose by putting Foden in the side for the next match and is there a full back in the club we could use, however young?

Aguero will come good he has had these spells in the past and needs a better service than he has been getting recently.

Pep must put out his strongest available team at Southampton, we desperately need a win.

Seems to me sterling got his new contract, and now doesn't give 2 shits, he has been piss poor since getting his money, yet every one on here saying oh pay him what he wants he is worth every penny, I for one wasn't arsed if he went or stayed, last 2 games makes me think he should have fucking gone

Maybe but we've done this before.

You need a bit of luck to win titles and of course you need a team at the height of its powers. We're lacking key players and perhaps two or three of our key men are not so capable as they once were: Aguero and Kompany for example.

We just need to stick with it and get what we can out of the season. Still plenty to go for. Keep the faith City fans.

In what sense? We’ve gone from being 2 points clear to 7 points behind in 4 games. Our defence is shot to pieces, we knew we needed a left back and cover at DM and yet we we went into the season arrogantly thinking we’d cope. Well we can’t!

Suggest Pep is looking to be sacked He could walk into any job in world football and being an honourable man working with people he regards as family then, do you really think he would do that? The team is in a bad run of form it happens, suffering from injuries and not enough time off in the summer it will change again soon Only a few weeks ago it was City are better than last season and we were. - Experience? We do have senior players with the experience to win back the title.. no?
- Mentally? That's debatable, but we do seem to crumble under tremendous pressure.
- Quality? Definitely have this, but some players do miss clinical chances consistently.
- New tactics? Those damn crosses, is Arteta behind this new shit strategy?
- Injuries? Massive problem, affecting our season.
- Addressing key positions (transfers)? We didn't buy a World Class DM last summer and now we might need to get a proper backup LB.
- Flapping? Bluemoon flapping brigade losing it again...our players our shit...Gundo..Jesus.. Walker..are all shit..etc
- Happy clapping? Still 19 games to play for...it's only Christmas..Liverpool will start losing soon... etc...

People won’t admit it but we lost the title today. And those who disagree please repost this when we win the title in May and I’ll happily take the stick.

We have been outdone by mentality. The same thing we saw under Pellegrini. The same under Mancini. Fair play to Liverpool who have done exceptional. I doubt they will keep it up but they can probably afford to lose a few.

I agree pal. We were absolutely unforgivable v Palace, topped off by a similar performance today. No doubt the game v Southampton will follow suit. Dreading the dippers, they’re going to annihilate our defence.
There needs to be a serious shake up as it seems like they don’t give a toss.
Gundog needs to go, we might as well play Sane in midfield.

Watch the Salah five for the penalty today v Toon. Pathetic. Aguero or any of our players don’t get them.

Carry on like this and we will be lucky to stay in the top 4. Our title defence is over, we are 7 points behind, which I can’t see us recovering.

We’ve played at around 60% of our potential for much of the season.

I think it’s premature to say our hopes of retaining the title are over but I feel we will need to recruit in January to stand a chance.
