What is a customary tip in the U.S? 20%?

The waiter has to pay his rent after all (Lawyer).

Yeah but think of it this way if there is a service charge included in the bill which has already been agreed and then the waiter says i want 20% on top of that for doing no more than doing his job.

You would rightly refuse and also if you use that analogy maybe its an extra 20 or 30 quid at most an extra 100 i prefer the analogy of buying a house say you were buying a house, youd seen it liked it done all the surveys made an offer which had been accepted and then after all the estate agent says actually i want 20% more for showing you the house, you would rightly tell them to take a hike

No confirmation from the Isco camp has resulted in speculation that no contract has been signed.

If no contract has been signed, how can Real claim a 5 year deal. Has it been a verbal agreement? All these speculations has led some to believe a deal has not yet been finalised and that City could still nick it, however improbable.

Didn't Chelsea say they had signed Robinho & have shirts for sale on their website! Yet City nicked that one despite the improbability.

We should pay it. £6m over 5 years - Isco's price will most likely increase much much more than that over 5 years anyway. Penny picking over deals for the world's best up and coming players but fine with selling players for £4m odd we bought for around £20m etc.

Can't agree. 6 million isn't pennies and why should we pay his dad that over 5 years. Pay him a one off agents fee for the deal. Dos San Miguel, the leeching bastard.
