Leroy Sané

Something just isn't right with this. Bayern are doing an absolute hatchet job on him. Subbed on, subbed off. Wheeling all their ex players out to have a go at the lad. The cynic in me says they regret buying him, don't want to front the next lot of cash to us or pay his pretty huge wages so want him gone in the Summer, at the latest.

He made his bed, he’s gonna have to lie in it. Yes he was a decent player for us, but now he’s gone (sneakily) off to the German rags. He has immense potential, but as it has been said before, 3 managers have seen something that they don’t quite like about his behaviour. Is the arrogance of youth? Probably, but in today’s game, he cannot afford to be that way, as they’ll drop him like a shitty stick.

He has the natural talent and athleticism to be one of the greats of his generation but his last 3 managers have seen another side to him and all 3 have questioned his attitude.

It will be a great shame if he does not fulfil what could be an outstanding career.
Balotelli came to my mind after I read this.

He had bad games, but he was never out of form game after game after game. There was never a doubt about his end product. At Bayern, Sane has 5 goals and 3 assists in about 800 minutes, meaning he has contributed to a goal every 100 minutes, not bad isn't it ?
He's class and one of the reasons why City were dangerous for two record-breaking seasons.

They are vile. An infection even, (their words).
Is there a more despicable hierarchy at any other club than Bayern. You have the two old crooks in Hoeness and Rummenigge, plus Beckenbauer who only dodged jail for corruption because of his illness. Matthaus himself was also investigated for failing to pass on proceeds from his lucrative testimonial match to a children's charity. What a group of parasites to pass judgement on a young player like Sane. Whatever Leroy's shortcomings I know whose side I am on.

He’s just come back from an awful injury and he’s getting slated. Wish we’d stop judging attackers but how often they track back.
That's a fair comment. No one slates Sergio for not tracking back or Messi for that matter. Not saying Sane is that level but he produced the goods in some big games for City. Balotelli's workrate was lacking but he also provided some sensational moments for City fans. James Milner was good at tracking back though!
