Balotelli came to my mind after I read this.He has the natural talent and athleticism to be one of the greats of his generation but his last 3 managers have seen another side to him and all 3 have questioned his attitude.

That's a fair comment. No one slates Sergio for not tracking back or Messi for that matter. Not saying Sane is that level but he produced the goods in some big games for City. Balotelli's workrate was lacking but he also provided some sensational moments for City fans.
