Which is why the Walker deal irks me. They hate us. We hate them. The only way winning the Champions League would have been sweeter would’ve been beating them instead of Inter. They wouldn't sell us a virus
Yep, I was amazed we let Cancelo join them looking back, but they stuck the two fingers back up at us by refusing to buy himWhich is why the Walker deal irks me. They hate us. We hate them. Don’t think we had much choice with cancelo, just wanted him out asap! I think Walker is an important member of the squad and could be for another 1-2 seasons. Also English to helps with squad regulations. The only way german rags should be getting him is by paying an english tax like we’d have to plus another £10m on top as they are twats. So stick this £15m that’s been mentioned and say £30-35 or he goes nowhere.Yep, I was amazed we let Cancelo join them looking back, but they stuck the two fingers back up at us by refusing to buy him
He was dropped for having an attitude. Same attitude that got him benched at City by Pep.Not correct at all. He was bullied. Let’s not forget them dropping him from the World Cup squad. Germany had an agenda to get the golden boy back.
Cancelo had to go so we didn’t have much option really. Considering we destroyed them in the QF I’d say that’s the biggest two fingers possible and clearly shows we did the right thing.Yep, I was amazed we let Cancelo join them looking back, but they stuck the two fingers back up at us by refusing to buy him

The truth is Sane was a young talent with potential (I.e. a Palmer type player) who acted like he was Ronaldo (i.e. the Super super team star), and he did this everywhere. At his National team and here at City.
Pep and the German coach correctly benched him. And he wasn't picked for the national team coz his attitude wasn't right
By the way, at the time he wasn't necessarily better than the players picked. He was just different (i.e a speedster and they didn't have any other options on the squad). So it would have been wise to take him. But his attitude stunk. And the manager wasn't having any of it. Neither was Pep. And I agreed with Pep at the time. So have no reason to doubt the German Manager
None of this has any relationship to playing in Germany. The starting midfield at the time (Kroos - Gundogan) both played outside of Germany, no one cared.
I'm okay with Sane and would have him back as a back up. But he wasn't bullied by anyone. You couldn't bully a young Sane if you tried. He was arrogant, self assured, moody and headstrong.
Everything he did, he wanted to do. Even the claims of his Mom pressuring him are probably overblown. Knowing his personality, he probably said he wanted to go be the star at Bayern rather than conform to this tyrant's (Pep's) rules. And his mom was simply co-signing his wishes.
No one bullied Sane. No one.
If the "bullied" crew can make up stories out of nothing. Surely, I can do similar using actual evidence of his attitude as a young man.Quite the creative mind you have there.
Actual evidence? You really do have a way with words. Like I said, quite the creative mind.If the "bullied" crew can make up stories out of nothing. Surely, I can do similar using actual evidence of his attitude as a young man.
