Reading the Sane article on Bayern SBnation page it shows that he's in the exact same position as when he left us

He is a mercurial talent who posts great G/A numbers but he is either in a great run of form where hes unplayable or is in the form of being pretty useless...there is no in-between and consistency is what separates the truely elite world class talents to the rest

Hes also so limited to that left wing position, he just doesn't suit the right or the middle

The difference now is that he's already on £275k a week (or more) and is 26 turning 27 in the new year and looks like he's regressing (starting to see some Sterling comparisons when writing this which is ironic as they were electric together, but again both are better on the side of their better foot unlike the inverted forwards of today)

Pass

He didn’t work last time because he ended up as a back up, he hasn’t kicked on since, why would we bring him back as a backup to try again. Who would make way to provide a squad place for him.
Nothing about Sane coming back makes any sense to either him or us. Thats why along with the Mancini replacing Pep posts it’s a complete non starter.
Agree 100% and 250k a week plus as a backup simply is not happening, our wage bill is already huge.

If anything he’d have more competition now for his place than when he left us.
Pep hates a sulker which is exactly why we let him go and cashed in.
Never happening.

In comments made on The Athletic, Sam Lee had this to say on the player’s wages:

“The figure given for his wages (which Bayern may dispute, you never know) is €22 million (£20 million) per year, which is €420k (£381k) ish per week. I don’t know what City offered but it would’ve been tops £180k per week I would guess, maybe a tiny little extra.”

Join a spiritualist church mate, they spout less bollox than the Athletic. as for Sam well "I don’t know what City offered but it would’ve been tops £180k per week" followed by this "maybe a tiny little extra.” I mean when you write for a living, contradicting yourself in the very next sentence shows a level of incompetence you would get sacked for if you emptied bins.

He was at the best club for his career progression if he put the work in and grafted . But the bright lights of Munich seemed so much more appealing, unfortunately some of those bulbs are now broken and dimmed and Mum cant fix them !

Same whilst an incredible talent looks like he's hindered by the fact he's not a deep thinker. In 6 years time he'll be in the "Wasted talent" category.

If in three seasons time we're watching Sane under Mancini I think your brain would explode
