MOTM for me. Not only was he brilliant on the 2nd goal, but stole the ball and played a beautiful pass on the 3rd. I've been impressed with his willingness to track back and win the ball back.
 
If Messi or Ronaldo...or any Liverpool or ManUre...player had picked up a ball, megged the first defender, waltzed around Fonte, and put that ball across the six yard box for a sitter, it would be on a continuous loop!

Awesome tonight in the first half especially....looks like he has got over his lack of confudence as he is starting to stick tackles in and track back as well to go with the awesome approach play....we funally have a player who can play wide and when diing so beat a man and out decent balls into the area ( he has so much more to his game than that) .....rhe one he put in for GJ which he just failed to get into the end of was world class

Considering nearly every pundit is a Red "Old Boy" it hardly seems fair to expect otherwise from them, doesn't it?!

I watch ESPN FC every night for the 30 minute round up of the day's football news. Steve Nicol is on there, and the other guests just laugh at him because he is like a little kid about Liverpool. Can NEVER say they will be beaten, sulks if they are, and is, just like the TV pundits over in England, so biased to his team it makes almost everything else he says meaningless!
 
First name on the team sheet for me at the moment. It all seemed to click for him during that Chelsea match. Been absolute class ever since
