We have one of the most exiting raw talents in the game, and you want to kerb his enthusiasm and the thing that makes him different?
Sterling made a huge point recently saying Pellegrini turned him into a robot with 1/2/3 touch passing and didnt allow him to express himself,

I know you say you want to keep possession and I respect that, but the whole basis and idea of keeping the ball is to ensure we get the ball to sane and sterling in areas of space and potential
To then say, we've got you here Leroy, but just keep it, dont run at them.... does not make sense

Not having a go mate, just saying its absolutely essential that ALL S&S do is run at the defence whenever they get it to exploit the spaces we have made and drag players towards them
The whole philosophy depends on it.
