Don't agree, think he absolutely looked for the call - strange considering he had beaten both defenders. I was disappointed in him with that, tbh. I don't know the player well so can't judge if it's part of his game but you want to see a player stay on his feet there and finish the beautiful play that was started

And, if there was any contact, it was minimal and incidental - you can see the player already going down once he thought his touch was a bit too heavy

His run was impeded by Oviedo standing on his foot.

Very promising, but in reality there was no end product against Everton.
Not really his fault - Players need to get used to playing with someone and get into appropriate positions where they will receive the ball.
Stirling was much more effective on the right after HT, Sané less so on the left.

He should continue starting games, looks very comfortable with the ball. Exciting talent, hopefully he works hard to reach his potential.

Cute gif but it doesn't change the fact that you're complaining about one of our players doing exactly what Suarez, Neymar, Iniseta, Busquets, Dani Alves and the rest do on a weekly basis.

The ball had gotten away from him and he tried to make the most of it by going down. As a City player I was mildly disappointed in him. If I was a Barca fan I'd be wanking into a sock.

There was definitely end product, just because he didn't score doesn't mean there was no end product. For a start, his complete domination of OViedo meant that Koeman moved their best defensive midfielder over to double up on him which created the room for silva to run the game and put in the performance he did.

Later, Koeman actually moved Bolassie into the centre because he wasn't providing enough cover against Sané.

So there was end product - not goals, but he forced the opposition manager into completely reorganising his team and created the platform for the MOTM to play well. That's very much end product for his work on the right wing.

He also put in a fair few crosses which should have been goals - beat the keeper and defenders and our forwards just couldn't supply the finish.

Good reply.fair assessment. We have to start feeding off this players crosses.he looks as though he will become unplayable, and to think he has the ability to play through the the middle as well as on the wings...exciting times ahead. His balance on the ball is a joy to watch, all twinkle toes and graceful movement....reminds me of Ricky Holden.
; )

glad to see him start and more of it please. Looks a good player, confident and comfortable with the world class players around him..

sterling / KDB / silva / Ageuro / Jesus / Sane ... Doubt we will see them all on the pitch at the same time but thats a right bunch of bobby dazzlers for Pep to pick from.
