Some promising signs yesterday, needs to mix it up a little more instead of going inside every time but i thought their left back worked him out a bit as the half went on. Will be some player when he gets to grips with the pace of the league.

He was doubled up on after 25 minutes, it wasn't a case of him being worked out.

It was an absolute stonewall penalty, baffled how the ref didn't give it.

Don't agree, think he absolutely looked for the call - strange considering he had beaten both defenders. I was disappointed in him with that, tbh. I don't know the player well so can't judge if it's part of his game but you want to see a player stay on his feet there and finish the beautiful play that was started

And, if there was any contact, it was minimal and incidental - you can see the player already going down once he thought his touch was a bit too heavy

I thought so too on first viewing, but watching the youtube vid a few posts before yours, it looks like he made the most of some very very light contact

He was the signing I was most excited about and that game he showed exactly why. Could be as fast as Raheem but as strong as Fernando. Reminds me a raw Gareth Bale.

Started well although I didn't like the early dive from him when he got past two defenders in the box, chalk it up to youth - shame, hopefully Pep reminds him to finish the play instead of looking for a call

He's faster. Reckon he's one of the fastest in the Prem actually, he's lightning.
