Seconded.

The media furrore around these transfer dealings have been ridiculous like we have been doing something illegal by bidding for him and that Everton should seek legal action. Similarly Lescott saying he wants to leave and Moyes saying he's not leaving - I'm sure loads of players and managers have been in this situation. I was hopeful that we could get Lescott before the season started but the longer it goes on the less I'm bothered about it actually going through. It might just unsettle our team. Anyone else feel the same?
ive said it before, ive got to admire moyes abit for trying to do a king canute. i wish we`ed had the balls in the past to say no when the clubs with the fat cheque books came knocking, i also cant blame everton fans for being a bit pissed about our attention of lescott, if i were them i`d be well pissed off.
also i havent read through all of dsob post but ive read quite a few, he seemed to get a lot more stick before striking back, i myself like other fan views of events as long as they`re not just on here being cunts, i`m i the only one who likes a discussion with other clubs fans

late post, had a text earlier to say that things had moved on today with regards Lescott. We have now been given the green light to finalise the deal and it should be done some time this week. Not sure where this leaves Moyes but it has now gone from as good as done to highly unlikely to as good as done again. The confusion isn't from the City end either!!
I think we have played our cards brilliantly here, well done to all at MCFC.
ps...even I am bored of this one now!!

I agree. DSOB was a proper WUM, but he is genuinely concerned and deluded about his club just like we all would be if it was us. He gave as good as he got and there was some out of order statements on both sides.
DSOB's not as clever as he like to make out, but many of us on here didn't pick up on this and allowed him and some of our own to take this thread to the gutter. I just hope common sense will prevail as opposing fans give us something proper to debate. I mentioned it before that we are gonna have to make our own entertainment from now on if the Scousers being banned is true.
DSOB did my head in most of the time, but he provided some good entertainment along the way.
