Realistically who are we going to sign now? None of the CL clubs from any country are going to want to sell their best players at this point, even if we offer shitloads. Lets just remind yourself who leaked every bid to the press......EVERTON! Hughes answered questions after you leaked it. And anyone that thinks clubs dont tap up players are deluded agents are at it all the time. Put with that international duty and different club players mixing it happens get over it. with all due respect whatever club you approach will know you have 20 odd mill burning a hole in your pocket and will hike up their asking price, this is what we have done to the market, lets be honest lescott real value is about 14-15 mill and glen johnson is about 10-12 million when looking in respect of dani alves' value of 24 mill. Therefore any player you might have been looing at for 10 million will set you back about 13-15 million, plus dont forget to take off the sell on fee to wolves which could be anywhere in the region of 2.85 -3.6million depending on the rumors you listen to

Explain, how have we "tapped" up Lescott? When have we spoken to him or met him in private without Evertons permission? And if this was true where is the proof? We bid and he put in a transfer request, no tapping up done there. Please though back up your statement and tell me when and how we have tapped up. I hope you do take us to the FA as you will get £1m and we get a slapped wrist max, Chelski have alread set that standard.
