LEts just say its flying in the face of the facts on the ground.

As I have said at no stage has Lescott said he is happy to stay at Everton. Moyes and Kenright have not either this is very important as all along Chelsea were saying Tery was wanted to stay.

HE was pulled fromt he squad at the last minute having been named on their official site with a mystery injury thats is not a good sign for Everton. They either dont want him getting injured, his mind not on the job or hes demanding a move and refusing to play.

None of those are good options for Everton !

Its not. Lescott named in squad, on official site, pulled at last minute with a mystery illness. Not at the match apparently. Press say he is puting in a transfer request, that Moyes has said he has to demand a transfer if its to happen thats where we are at.
