Thats strange as I know plenty of city fans who are claiming that they will win the league this year and champions league next.

Where? On bluemoon? I don't think so pal. Maybe the odd lunatic, but not a single proper City fan would say that. I think you're making shit up...

As a scouser living in Manchester I always sided with the City fans when the United lot started bleating on. It was like you were proper football fans with opinions that were sound a relevant. Now those same people are going on and on and on.

Ah yeah, that's right. We can't be proper football fans now that we're owned by a billionaire. We can't be proper football fans now that we can afford to buy pretty much any player who wants to come to us. What a strange world it is you inhabit...

You may have money but you havent won anything yet and dont talk to me about dignity. Its not us that are doing our transfer bids vis the tabloid press.

Actually, Moyes and Everton have shown just how much dignity they lack by constantly bleating about City doing what every other club in the world does...trying to sign a player. Oh, and all this, "he's not for sale" garbage. What they mean, is "he's not for sale, unless you pay us enough". Hypocritical to the core.

Kenwright, Moyes, and most Everton fans really disgust me. Holier than thou.

As i've said before. I hope we fuck Lescott off and sign someone else. It will mean Everton will stay skint, and will not be able to add to their squad. Just what the fuckers deserve...

No not on bluemoon. In real life. The same people who were quite realistic a couple of seasons ago. I'm not making any shit up pal, try going out on a friday night and you'll find plenty in the local boozer.

You certainly can be proper football fans - I'm sure you go to the games etc, I didnt say you werent proper fans. I was saying that you've lost the plot.

I hope you fuck lescott off as well and then everyone will be happy

I don't know David, why would you name him in your starting 11 the night before?

He didnt. He didnt even name his starting 11 the night before. You lot are making a lot of stuff up on here. Or guessing. Which is the same thing.

On the eve of your game with coventry, an EVERTON poster on here was trying to be a clever cnut by showing us the team to face coventry( which he was later shown up to be a twat as Lescott was dropped) The team sheet was on EFC website it clearly showed Lescott in the team, the day of the game he was dropped from the team!

If that bitter ginger cnut Moyes knew Lescott had an injury from USA tour why name him in his team?

All the above can be found from a poster named Darker shade of blue! So you see we're not making shit up as you suggested!!!!!

Personally, i think the timing of this Article says it all.

12:03 on the 2nd August.

27 Minutes before the game yesterday, yet, he still got injured in america and no article was made.

THE ONLY REASON THIS IS IN THE FUCKING PRESS IS BECAUSE EVERTON TOLD THE PRESS WE HAD BID

ALL WE HAVE DONE IS MAKE 2 FORMAL BIDS ENTIRELY IN LINE WITH DUE PROCESS

IT WAS EVERTON THAT MADE THIS PUBLIC DICKHEAD

and you know this how?

Are you psychic? Do you work for Everton? or City?

or are you just guessing like everyone else on here including me?
LMAO we didn't mention a word but you thick fucking cnuts made a statement on your website

According to my friend, TalkSport are saying it is practically done and he will Join city.

But we all know how much they bullshit.

Confirmation of a bid (and refusal of it) came from Evertons website.

Not a lot of guesswork needed there.

Lescott is also injured for the next pre season game

<a class="postlink" href="http://www.evertonfc.co.uk/news/archive/lescott-to-miss-blackpool.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.evertonfc.co.uk/news/archive ... kpool.html</a>

so either he is injured or there is something fishy going on.

I'm gonna trust them and believe he is injured!

Don't you think its weird how they announce he is injured for that game in advance.

Yet, yesterday they announced it 27 minutes before the game, After the team would have already travelled.

And why was he named in the squad on 1st of August, then named injured on the 2nd.

Somebody injured in America would have been injured on the 1st, Surely?

Everton's players will regroup following the trip to North America and travel to Coventry on Saturday.

Manager David Moyes is set to utilise the same group of players who featured on the ten-day tour of the USA and Canada.

Steven Pienaar, who missed the second game of the tour against the MLS All-Stars, looks set to travel to the Midlands for Sunday's game, which is Marcus Hall's testimonial.

Tim Howard and Carlo Nash are battling for action in goal after the USA keeper was named MVP against the All-Stars on Wednesday following an excellent performance in which he saved three penalties.

Young Irish full-back Seamus Coleman didn't play at all in America because of a toe problem, so Moyes may draft in cover from the reserve squad after their training camp in Austria.

The Toffees seem assured of a tough game against the Sky Blues as their boss Chris Coleman prepares for the Football League kick off in a week's time.

"Marcus deserves to be rewarded for the great level of service he has shown this club, but first and foremost Sunday's match is one of the last chances the players will have to show me what they can do ahead of Ipswich, and will have a major bearing on my team selection for that game," said Coleman.

Everton: Nash, Howard, Hibbert, Neville, Yobo, Lescott, Baines, Rodwell, Osman, Pienaar, Cahill, Fellaini, Jo, Baxter, Wallace, Saha, Vaughan.
