Oh come on, as soon as you get a player good enough for the top 4, you will sell him. Doesn't matter if Rooney was 4 years ago. He was an Everton youth player an Everton fan and you sold him because you couldn't afford not too. Isn't that the definition of a feeder club ? You bring the talent through and anything decent gets snapped up by the big boys.

Forget Westermann and Lescott, go for a better defender. There's many of better defenders than Lescott and Westmermann at cheaper prices.

Gallas, Carvalho and Lucio are all 31 years old.

Lescott is 26 and Westermann is 25.

Defenders are in their prime in mid to late twenties.
Lescot and Westermann would both be great signings.
Gallas Carvalho and Lucio can keep their zimmer frames away from our stadium. We are supposed to be building for the future!!!!!

I agree, there but for the grace of ADUG. DSOB is deluding himself though if he thinks Everton are not a feeder club to any of the big boys.
