Don't get why you are getting so wound up. Everton wants to keep on of their best players and they want top dollar from a team throwing silly money around. That's their prerogative.

Seems to me you expect teams to bend over simply cause you got a lot of money. It just won't happen here, and looking at the money you spend atm. it won't happen in the future either.

Either accept you need to pay the price set by Everton, or move on.

Not really, if we'd paid the price set by Everton we could have got him for 30 million? Now we've made Lescott hand in a transfer request and it's quite possible we will get him cheaper.

Either way we're doing well to disrupt Evertons pre-season prep.

There is no need. The player now want's to leave and the player has all the power. City may go back with a £20 million bid but I think the bid we have in place may be enough.

I hope this proves to some extent that im not just a shitty wum as ppl have said before.

i said yesterday before any reports came out it was not over no where near and its highly thought he will be arriving.

Stu,you say we will be asking Everton for the players medical information tomorrow? do they have to release it or are we a bit further down the line than what the press are saying? Surely if Woodentooth and the theatre luvvy are saying hes not for sale then how can we ask for this info?

They dont have to release any information, but if they want a transfer to go ahead that is the first thing that happens, as we recieve the information myself and around 16 other staff will ponder over it and make a valuation for the player, club then submit that to Everton and they try to agree a fee and the rest follows medical etc...not a clue how far down the transfer is or isn't, but info will be requested tomorrow morning.

This suggests then that we are further down the line than whats out in the press,if hes not for sale why ask for medical information?

Its not a case of 'bending over' its a case of this is getting ridiculous, City want him, he wants to leave and 22mil is a very very fair in fact its very north of fair so what is the hold up. I dont want City to Bully anyone but i also dont want City paying 30mil of a decent player.

Do you not get the feeling Moyes is on an ego trip and its damaging Evertons' plans for the start of the season?

You know what makes me laugh about all this? Your arrogance since you got a cash injection.

"Everton aren't on our level anymore"

Fair enough, you've got a few quid and you're buying up all sorts of players; but what the fuck have you done recently to justify being better than Everton in footballing terms? Weren't you in the third tier of English football about ten years ago?

The only way Lescott will be leaving us is if you lot pay £30 million in cash, £22 million plus Jo or £18 million plus Jo and Onuoha.

Thats correct and still we got similar attendances to you!!!

STILL waiting. Shall I take it you were talking bollocks?

It's a nearly 900 page thread, do you honestly believe anyone gives a shit about you enough to wade through it to find all your inane ramblings?

Talking bollocks then. Fair enough.
