hughes definately isn't the 1 doing the haggling, but not many managers do get involved in that part these days , hence all the directors of football, and CEO's flying about, saying that fergie gets involved he even kidnapps players at airports

yes there may be but if you want a forum for intellectuals and football experts then start a new forum called man city smartarses or something.
this forum is for ALL city fans and their opinion good,bad wrong or right, what it isnt for is everton fans to come on here telling us were a small club calling us knobheads and just generall slagging our club off, for as long as this goes on this will not be a happy place imo.

I don't want a forum for intellectuals or experts, what I would like is people to just think, even for just a second about what they are writing and the effects it might have, which, more often than not, exacerbates the problem.

And dare I say I believe a lot of it is from the lack of the respect we get, be it from jealousy or whatever. People think we don't deserve it and have a go, hard not to show disrespect back

Is it really that hard not to show disrespect back? Are we doing ourselves any favours when we do?

People come here and spout "you're shite!" "you've got no history!" "you're just a small club and always will be" "why would anyone come play for you?" etc. etc. Paraphrasing of course but that's what I see, what do you expect back? That we love your club and that you are bigger and more worthy of a takeover and we hope the best for you, we shouldn't even be going after your player? Both sides are passionate about our clubs, so when people come on here and start putting us down straight away, it's a natural reaction to just say "fuck you" right back.

Not this Everton fan.....best manager weve had in 20 years...im not blinkered enough when we have a bad run not to see what he has done over 7 years.......
Hughes will go....when it comes to TOP managers he just doesnt stand up.....and has that annoying wengers habit of not seeing certain things though i do think Wenger is a genius!!...my opinion counts fo fuck all on here but i feel free to give it
