Any news about Lescott from the Everton end? Does the transfer stop here, or is their more mileage in it yet? I don't give much credence to Spursmad's comments given that the ball is in Everton's court.
If City paid £18 Mill for Lescott you could buy Upson and another couple of players - we'd probably pay a lot of the cash up front. Surely a good move for all concerned?

I'm astonished that there are any Evertonians that now want JL to stay. Do you call this a victory?
If any City player put in a written transfer request I would want them out asap as long as the offer wasn't derisory.

I don't give a flying fuck who is the bigger club - that doesn't bother me what anyone says about that. At the end of the day this is meant to be a thread about Joleon Lescott and his future (where he ends up) rather than a 'my dad is bigger than your dad' arguement. weather he's right or wrong he has been right on quite a lot off what he has said so some people need to show some manners cos he is just telling us what he has been told so he doesn't desurve all the abuse he has been given
