Nice to see how fickle city fans really our starting to kick there toys out of pram now another club refused there money lads. City might have money and buying players but talking is done on pitch and thats the most important area and until city prove it on the pitch they will always be in evertons shadow

lol Evertons shadow? Is any team in Everton's shadow? What a lame thing to say.

Your a shitty club with a good manager who organises his team well, nothing more.

We should walk away from this and bid for Hangeland. He is a more dominant C/Half and would form a good pairing with the smaller quicker Toure.

Then watch the Blue Scouse moan because they've got no money to buy anybody ! I'd PMSL !!!

Everton aren't big enough to cast a shadow, ok, you get 5th every year and go out in the early rounds of the UEFA, play the opposite of easy on the eye football and are a final resting place for Rag rejects. Phil Neville? Captain? That's an april fools joke right?! Yes Moyes does a great job with limited resources but don't confuse that as Everton holding a place in the upper echelons of English football, after the top 4, Everton are in the bracket of 'also rans' along with Villa, City, Spurse etc. A word of advice for you, the season hasn't even started yet. Even 'the mighty' Everton haven't done their talking on the pitch yet. Obviously you and you're Everton mates who frequent this forum are passionate about your club, fair play, but why don't you try discussing it on an Everton forum, to people who actually give a damn.

Everton have never been big enough to create a shadow.

Personally I don't care about the amount of money involved in the deal so long as we don't give a defender as part of the deal that would be counter productive. Sorry I forgot about TBH. TBH and 12mill. :-)
