confession time. i was very unsure about lescott for a while, and once told a fellow blue 'he's definitely not right footed, but i'm not sure he's left footed either!'.

however, he's wafting around the back line clearing everything up in tandem with his skipper, giving the full backs the confidence to raid. i don't really care how many goals our centre back get, and any they do get should surely only be a bonus, considering the fire power ahead of them.

lescott gets better every week. he was abit unlucky with his positioning for that demba ba chance but besides that i can't remember him putting a foot wrong
