just out of interest can you put the letter up here curious to know if its a form letter of if they have personalised it to you?

last year the guy who sits in front of me got one wrongly and took it with the club they were very embarrassed and he got a nice apology by way of a Bootle of wine ( good stuff not Tescos) and £200

The problem is young man you were told to get off before you got on you then got on and were told to get off and you then got off but its irrelevant because you already been told not get on when you went and got on. The fact you got off wont stand up in court.
