Has anybody actually thought that these letters may be sent out as a measure to protect the interests of the club with The F.A.
I'm sure that they would have demanded to know what the clubs intentions were to prevent any further occurences. The club respond by sending out letters in order to satisfy the F.A. that they have taken reasonable measures.
whether you agree or disagree surely he is just doing his job.
Would people feel as agrieved if the letter had been sent by Khaldoon or kompany or Mancini?
Not saying i agree or disagree just offering up a different perspective that may have been overlooked

I've just had a letter as well, same thing, moved to 3rd tier as well..I'm appealing it because they are leaving my young son(4) and daughter (6) in their existing family stand seats..meaning they'll now be unattended at the game. This just isn't on.
I don't have a solicitor, although back in the day I used to use Neal, Clarke and McNeil Llp. Not sure if there still any good?
