The snails are probably from French food week which is good because that means they will also have flammkuchen which my kids love so will have to pop in. In germany when lidl had English week. They had adverts for fish fingers, short bread, tea and jam with a picture of some bloke in a bowler hat, holding a tea cup.

Can't fault the food. I even think the shell suited, tattoed fatties now shop in Addled.

Anyone else noticed they seem to have gone upmarket a bit with some of their produce, gourmet pie for instance are very good, bought some snails in garlic butter the other day along with some nice looking venison, made the better half a venison casserole for tonight, also doing some nice desserts.
This sounds very much like a Didsbury dinner party. Anyway, for the rest of us, snails in garlic butter? Dirty foreign much. What's up with a chip butty?

I've had these kangaroo steaks/burgers. They not all that tasty! And the last dollop of venison I had was very similar to liver!!
