Limited edition shirt *REFUND*

Ordered mine to be delivered to store, finally turned up last Friday after numerous calls...should have taken 3-5 days. To be honest I think the replica version is better quality.

However I do understand fans being disappointed for not able to receive what looked like a certain delivery. They can complain. The club should have at least delivered when taking payments. The refund should simply be delivering the ordered item.
For the once’s who ordered too late, bad luck and move faster next time.

The standard of English in that email is why the government brought in the rule that post-16 year olds have to keep re-sitting their GCSE English until they get a Grade 4 or higher. No ifs, no buts, you re-sit until you’re good enough at English to pass.

That email from City is unacceptable!

Passed it on to one of the "City Matters" representatives, the whole sorry affair of the 125 year Limited Edition shirt is being raised at the next meeting.
 
I got mine approx 5-6 weeks after I paid for it. If I’m honest, I was a little disappointed with the quality of the shirt. It feels more like replica quality than match day. But I’m delighted to have the shirt all the same. I honestly didn’t think it would arrive. But of a changer by the club!
