I certainly have, no sign of the promised voucher though yet.
I personally hope they get a huge fine, petty I know but well pissed off with the whole episode.Just maybe if they had acted in a professional manner and not rubbed people's noses in it asking them to spend £32.50 instead of offering compensation. They wouldn't be looking at paying out £9800 plus what every the osc fine them
Personally I think you should be getting the shirt you boughtWhat does the voice of bluemoon think we have been messed around now for months had our money withheld, not got what we paid for been lied too. Had our email address shared with 97 others.
For all this they offer a £100 voucher to be spent on City merch mid season in one transaction only. So it's probably cost them £30 cost of goods.
Should this be the end or is it a fair offer???
So, have we all received this email from Fanatics?
I am contacting you on behalf of Fanatics, the operator of the Manchester City Store.
As you may be aware, on the 03/10/2019 we attempted to communicate with you by email, following your recent attempted purchase of the 125 shirt.
As part of that email correspondence, we mistakenly included the email addresses of a number of other customers. This was an error on our part and we appreciate and understand any inconvenience or concern this may have caused (in addition to the frustration you will have already felt when trying to make your original purchase). The person at Fanatics who is responsible for the error is very sorry and feels mortified by what has happened.
By way of apology, we would like to send you a voucher for £100. The voucher will be redeemable online or at the Stadium store. We will be in contact with you in the coming days to confirm your unique voucher code.
We love to see City fans celebrate their passion for the Club through their club colours and we are genuinely disappointed when we cannot enable them to do so. We therefore hope that this can go some way to make up for your recent experience.
Please once again accept our sincere apologies.
With kind regards
Jack Grimoldby, Head of Football, Fanatics.
