Limited edition shirt *REFUND*

I’m sorry no. The significance of the 1894 isn’t wasted on anyone but 100 more, then 20 more people come forward, then 20 more.....the cock up lies somewhere, I don’t know where but making more shirts dilutes the entire release and those who were lucky, fortunate to secure one wouldn’t necessarily be happy either.
The whole sale needs sorting, limiting to only one, could only buy with a current and valid Citizens number etc but for me, I’ll be angry if they unlimit the limited edition

what dilutes the release is seeing fucking scousers on ebay selling it for a hugely inflated price, and the club allowing it to happen. Surely limiting it to one per supporter number would have made sense. Whats the point in a big build up, emailing you to buy the bloody thing, ordering at 8 am and finding out you dont have one. Also whats happening with the rest of the orders, been nearly a week and still seen nothing, the level of service is shite.

I agree with that for sure, I don’t think any of these should be on eBay, let alone in the hands of a none Blue but who knows where that seller sourced it from; a friend as it were?
I fully agree as I stated, one per supporter.
I was shocked, having logged on before 8am to see large or medium it may have been already sold out and actually being able to buy prior to 8am. Sadly I expected it to happen as clearly did others.
I sensed issues early on. When clicking on the, register your interest, I don’t remember getting any feedback, thanks for your interest, an email to confirm interest, even a pop up on screen....nothing

I’m fine with your opinion but we all support the same football club and they should come before dealing in souvenir kits etc.

Yes the purchases should have been limited to one per supporters number but if people have been told they were accepted for a limited edition top then they should get one.

So how is it fixed? More shirts printed? I don’t think they can or should BUT the stock control system clearly is the issue and fully agree, if one ordered an item and order, payment accepted and confirmed the order should be honoured. However, that’s based on the stock being available, the stock control working too and clearly it’s not worked. This reminds me of airlines overbooking flights but imagine the carnage if this stock control system was used for season ticket sales, another, limited edition of sorts.......

It took some getting it wrong when we are only talking about 1,894 shirts. Yes I agree that there was a significant stick control fault.

It wouldn’t be too difficult to order another 100 shirts but that probably won’t happen. If the Sheikh wanted another 100 Rolex watches of a particular model, I’m sure Rolex would find a way of making these, eventually.

I went to the arndale a week before they came out and there was two for sale in one of the sports shops so I got one for myself. I didn’t realise they hadn’t been released yet. Could I possibly have one of the limited editions? How can I tell the difference?
