If Messi says he wants to leave it isn't complex, City are willing to pay and if Messi is willing to play for City, won't be an issue for financial details.

Doubt he will try and leave on a free anyway, biggest asset of the club, maybe football, he wouldn't want to go out making himself look bad knowing he will have to force a legal battle with his own club
