Regarding Messi, what he would contribute off the pitch means that he would probably be worth a fee in the region of 100m. And I trust Pep to find a system that makes the most out of Messis's qualities without undermining our pressing game.

I wish people didn't insult Gundogan by hoping he would move to Barca. Is it really that difficult to comprehend that Gundogan plays because the best manager in the world decides so? Without Pep the chance to sign Messi this window would be dead in the water. Yet people still pretend they know better than Pep whether Gundogan is good enough.

It isn't difficult to comprehend that he plays because Pep decides so, it's just difficult to comprehend why, but all the greatest people in the World have flaws and unfortunately imo Gundogan is Peps blindspot. Just further to that laughable MD article for anyone not familiar with them. They are Barca's mouthpiece, they have 0 connections with us. Even Barca fans are laughing it off as desperation from Bartomeu and give it zero credibility/consideration on their forums. They are no more than a propaganda machine for Barca, think like the BBC for Utd but even less subtlety (if thats possible). Garcia obviously wants to go. Jesus doesn't strike as one who is pushing for a move. He has been patient and despite some limitations, actually suits Pep's system. I doubt its true. Barca is a mess right now not exactly attractive destination.
