I think he’s off to PSG. I think like Alves, City will be very confident he’s coming here up to the announcement he’s signed for PSG.

In that case, which there's absolutely no evidence or indication that will happen, PSG are the only club in the world that could pay the wages of Neymar, Mbappe, etc, and Messi.
