The longer this goes on, the more convinced I am that this’ll happen. All the signs are there, no contract renewal, silence from the city camp and Pep constantly talking about the “player with personality” to win games by themselves and score every penalty

I reckon this was all sorted last summer, but because of the Barca situation we have had to be patient little bit like Sanchez. I also think Aguero will sign a new contract and the two will form one of the most lethal partnerships ever seen in PL (Pure speculation on my account by the way)

FWIW I think he stays with Barca and Aguero joins him in the summer. I hope it’s the other way round but not convinced.

Pressing with two pedestrians up front? Not gonna happen I'm afraid. If Messi comes, the need for a new forward that can both score and press hard to compensate for Messi's low workrate would become even more urgent

If there’s any **** still thinking Messi wouldn’t be the best player in our side having watched his performance yesterday then they don’t deserve to watch football as they simply don’t understand it.
I've never come across anyone on this forum saying Messi would not be the best player in our side.
I've never seen anyone saying that DeBruyne, Aguero ,Sterling etc. would be better in our team than Messi should he ever arrive.

Yes please and just in time for crowds back in the ground.

Takes the club commercially onto a different level once again and he will score 30 a season in a team like ours virtually guaranteeing us success.
