he's the most arrogant shit on the pitch, and while he's really quite decent he doesn't require 9.5m a year for his services to be fair.

I don't care who, or what, he is, but I know for a fact he is one bad tackle away from being a spectator for the rest of his life!

All this feigned outrage over City's new found wealth is a f*cking joke and in 3-4 years, when we are a fully paid up member of the "f*ck you all, we run European football" club, like Rags, Real Madrid and the rest, they will be HOPING we come to pay serious money for their players, and the players will be the ones pushing it!

The open hypocrisy of these teams who have paid their way to the top of world football is so stupid and transparently self-serving that the rest of European football has to be as apoplectic as we are over these "new rules."

What a joke!

And who says we're arrogant?

You understand that as things stand, we're a club that hasn't won a thing for 33 years, who's best ever PL finish is 8th, and last season finished 10th?

Let's try to improve that before we start running European football huh?

I agree with Chicargo here Dams, these fuckers have had it there own way for such a long time rolling in the Chumps League cash that now they are acting like spoilt children.

It's very disappointing to see such big bully boys bolting their doors due to a potentially bigger bully on the horizon.....Their bubbles popping and it's about time as thing were getting terribly old school clubbish.

Thank god for City.

I say we pay the 300m euro's just to piss off Platini some more.

Or better still.... We put a £150m bid in now before he signs the new contract and trigger the release clause ;0)

Or even better than that, someone could shove the pipe dreaming wanktoid off a bridge.

Buying the club would be better value for money than buying those 3. Messi and Iniesta would cost half a bil and i'd assume Xavi would cost around 250 mil aswell
