I think he was coming before Bartomeu stopped him. A lot has happened since then though.
Its funny…I would be surprised if Messi didn’t re-sign with Barca but I can’t for the life of me see how the financials would work and all logic screams Barca cannot afford him.
Really confusing…could Messi go down with the ship singing Barca Barca Baaaarca!?
