Nothing prevents us from signing Messi in French league rules. In contrary, the guy is arguing that French league should have implemented the same rules for fair play but they are not going to do that because they are complacent and complicit with Qatar.
It is simple, they can't block it.
If there is a problem it would be resolved by selling fringe players first as PSG did during the whole FFP investigation.
They’re putting the cart before the horse. Even if there was a financial problem surely it wouldn’t manifest itself in the accounts for a year or two anyroads, and by then most of the commercial benefits would be being seen.
This whole thing is a circus and as much as I would love to see him playing for us I don’t envy PSG having to go through this bollocks. Good luck with it.
