I agree it should of happened when it was all aligned but understand Messi's standpoint with not wanting to push it through with Barca. We still have the complete package for him, a team full of talented players that would take the pressure away from him and the city football group retirement package in the MLS etc. Could become an ambassador for the group afterwards as well. This would be more of a business decision but it would piss off so many people as well. Im still all for it.
