I can envisage a scenario where United go for him.

I think it's them or Chelsea in regards to European teams.

Nobody else can afford his wages.

Him and Kane for a potential £100m is too good to turn down and would make them challengers.

I would still take him. Him and Kev behind Haaland. My word!!

Depends who leaves - I'd take him for bit part roles and he's be a monster for commercial income. The City Brand will massively sky rocket - maybe NYC at some point too. But I'm not sure he would be up for that and Pep will want him considering how he is shaping this squad

The only reason why I would think the club would say no would be because he turned us down a few years ago at what seemed last minute..all when everything was reportedly done and agreed.

But then again, you look at him as a commercial venture - even now - and you can't say no.

He will likely win the Ballon d'Or this season.

Plus, he is still top 5 players in world football. He isn't like Ronaldo who relied so heavily on his physical ability to get the best out of his footballing ability. Messi is just pure football. Even at 40 I think he will look momentarily world class in certain games.

Apparently Aguero has changed his Instagram handle again and Txiki was seen in a secret meeting with Miss Bum Bum
