Anyone know how the pre-contracts work in regards to something like a serious injury occurring after it's signed? If City committed a large financial package to Messi in January and he got a bad injury in April or something are we protected?

I did not believe for a second Bartomeu would resign so now trying a couple of different tactics: 1) Refute the validity of the already validated signatures (Due to less than .06% forged signatures) & 2) Push to delay the vote due to COVID and gathering too many socis together

You have to collet the minimum 15% of registered members and at that time in 2008 ((Freixa, Barto & Rosell) it was just around 9k - they got it and voted (60.8% to remove Laporta). Just before Pep & Laporta led the team to win 6 trophies
Benedito (Another Presidential candidate) tried in 2017 for a motion of censure against Bartomeu and gathered just over 12k votes (4k short)
