I just don't see how PSG can sign Messi with the amount they've spent already this summer. Also, they have Neymar and Mbappe on massive wages. I don't even think it's possible.... unless they sell quite a few players or they sell Mbappe.

The chances PSG can swing Messi with the other wages are slime to none. So you’re right, Mbappe would have to depart. That’s two weeks to negotiate Messi’s arrival and Mbappe’s departure. Would feel pretty good about PSG not being able to sort the money in time. Also think Messi’s heart is still with City. Can’t imagine that’s changed in a year.
