Just signed up and paid Plus1HD but not getting any picture! Have Flash player and all that as existing bitscores subscriber and no issues. Hope I'm just missing a trick here. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks

Try clicking on one of the 'back up stream' screens .... there's three or four of them sited immediately below the red 'stream lagging?' message.

that's what i did .. i'm watching chelsea on the EU NODE 3 FRANCE SCREEN

Weat Ham equalised , looked like that probably should have been disallowed ... he was climbing all over the chelsea player.

You can usually get a decent stream on Wiziwig, the new Lolf is still the best though.

Thanks for your help everyone. Back up screens further down were the answer for me. Stream looks good so far. I also like what I'm seeing right now West Ham 3-1, Chelsea 9 behind us if we can win today.
