Hmmm I remember Stepney being the Penalty taker for that other lot(utd) and their strikers being derided for their inability. He had to run pretty quick back to his goal on the rare occasions he missed.

There was the famous season when he was their penalty taker and leading scorer with 2 and City beat then there with a Franny hat trick where he became leading scorer at the swamp.
