Well if you don’t play your back up keeper you don’t have a back up keeperShite.
Hardly surprising given the battle we had with the dirty cheating cunts in Madrid though, while as usual scouse twats had a fucking stroll in their game.
Even then, the same old story of shit finishing cost us. And Pep ‘being nice’ and picking our back-up keeper in such an important game. He’s back up for a reason, Ederson is better.
Fucking shit day for results all round. Fuck football. Fuck Liverpool.
Hopefully we learn from this and get more ruthless.

We looked better when we had the front 3 in their normal positions. First half approach was shocking. Liked the fight i saw second half.

Expectations were low and they were about met. Steffen awful obviously, but I still don’t understand why we make no adjustments whatsoever when he comes in to account for his skill set? Jesus with the extremely frustrating miss of course…

Gutted but a week ago if anyone had said we’d be in CL semis, still top of the league but out of FA, would probably have taken it

I would love to know the genuine reason as to the lack of subs, seems so bizarre.
On the plus side I’m starting to really appreciate these city vs Liverpool games. A lot of snide challenges by both sides both the game is played at such a great tempo and high quality. Thought the ref was excellent today as well.
Still feels like yet another trophy thrown away unless all goes to plan in the next few months.
