Liverpool (h) - CL QF post match thread

Almost came to blows with a rag today. Sat in a room, me, a rag and two dippers. Convo starter
Some thoughts.

1) Sane should have been running full pelt at Trent after Trent got the early yellow. Target him to get him sent off.

2) City zipped the ball about beautifully in the first half, Liverpool couldn't get a touch. Unlucky not to go 2-0 up. Bernardo Silva played extremely well.

3) I felt it was only a matter of time before Liverpool got the away goal which killed the tie. Next time, City must make away goals a priority. Roma didn't have to worry about that against Barca, they only needed 3 because they got the away goal at Camp Nou.
Trent had him in his pocket twice to be honest, don’t think Sane could do him.

For the delusional vermin of victimpool, it was their cup final. Let’s hope they get Real, but we all know they’ll end up with Roma. I want to see them get taken apart with Ronaldo scoring a hat trick or Edin popping in a couple and bullying VVD.

Even if they avoid real and get to the final will enjoy their pain when thousands of them spend six months of benefits to get to Kiev only for Ronaldo to dry bum them

Hi level headed Liverpool supporter here, please don't hate me, I can see why you are all angry at going out, I agree with most of you that the goal should of been given last night and the referees were weak but we have all had decisions go against us in the past, just because it was on the biggest stage it looks and feels much worse, Liverpool have had stone wall pens not given in the prem all season, who knows maybe we could of been a lot closer to you in the league, you move on!! You have to look at yourselves 1st, no shots on goal in the first leg, that is your down fall not the refs

I seem to remember City scoring at Anfield and it being wrongly deemed offside, Liverpool scored 1 that was offside and counted. Add that to City's disallowed last night and you get a lot of pissed off people added to a media wankfest over Liverpool. I'll give credit to Liverpool for taking their chances but I still firmly believe City were shafted by appauling officiating that hugely impacted the outcome.

But thats the problem, he should've had been running at him from then on, not twice.

that Trent Arnold guy was humiliated by Rashford when they played.

In these two games vs Liverpool he looked much better than Kyle Walker.

I cant understand this.

Again, ignoring the fact you didn't have a shot on target in the first leg, it wasn't a Liverpool player reffing the game so don't take your anger out on Liverpool
My Bluemoon link must be corrupted, I seem to have signed into RAWK.... Not sure why you felt the need to come here and add your two-penneth.... Finger's crossed you'll get a fucking good hiding in the semi... That would make me feel better.

We had no shots on target? Apart from the perfectly good goal that was disallowed you mean? Deluded ****

Probably better at defending left footers than right footers.

Pep charged with communicating with the bench after being sent off.
Bet he gets a fine immeasurably bigger than anything Liverpool get.for organising a stoning and they get for their fans throwing flares.
