Great atmosphere, great performance from the team, my motm was Bernardo Silva, chased, harried, and his reactions to Players twice his dive falling over, priceless. Only downside was David Silva, but that could be from Liverpool marking him out of the game

Both teams had their moments of luck tonight. In the end we took our chances and they didn’t. We closed everything down very quickly and even when they had the ball didn’t do a lot with it. Sterling should have had a pen but to be fair Taylor had a decent game overall.

Great that we have a nice run of games now where we should be able to focus fully on Wolves (they are due a pumping for stealing a draw) and Huddersfield, the cup games should take care of themselves. Good opportunity to hopefully get most of the squad back up to full fitness, and form. Exciting times to be a blue.

That's what it's been for the past 5 games. Last season they got lucky and things went their way. This year some big things went our way and we took our chance at home and let them off at Anfield.
