If he did mean that first touch you have to have it up there with Bergkamp’s effort against Newcastle back in the early 2000s as a piece of skill.
 
When I saw that Liverpool line-up it was clear they were going to go for the jugular and try to kill the game off early doors. I must admit that after the first 10 or 15 minutes I thought we were going to get mullered but once we got a foothold in the game following their goal it turned in our favour and we really should've taken all 3 points in the end as they were there for the taking IMO. I'm not too despondent with a point though - home advantage counts for far less with no fans allowed in the ground and I think we're perfectly capable of going there and turning them over in their own backyard. In any case, it won't just come down to that as us and Liverpool aren't going to have it all our own way this season. This title race is wide open for me.

In all fairness what can you expect when defenders do that in the box, it was dumb v Leicester and then Walker learned no lessons from it with Mane, who would fall over with a sneeze given the chance.

There should not be any ex players doing match commentary on games where they have played a significant part of their career for the clubs involved. As far as match punditry goes we have to put up with spit the dog and one half of the chuckle brothers and a wannabe boxer plus that twat Keane so that’s bad enough. Thank god micah has made it onto the pundits bench because the current level of bias beggars belief.

I can understand why the foul on Raheem wasn't given.
The initial foul was outside the 18 yd box. If Raheem had gone down then, I don't doubt that he would have got a free kick.
As it was, he continued his stumbling run into the box , the ball got away from him and he went down.
Contrary to popular belief I think that the ref made the correct decision.
Now if, on the other hand, Sterling had gone down under the initial challenge...
