Can see it being a draw myself, but think it’s more likely to be a high scoring, reckless affair rather than a dour stalemate.

Agree about Stones and De Bruyne though. If we’re still in touching distance going into the New Year, as we presumably will be, then getting those two back will be a huge lift.
Really hoping we will win as it would be one step closer to a perfect home record in a calendar year.

City centre will be crammed with them. Full kit wearing adults in the pubs waving banners.

The Winslow pub next to our ground is our main boozer. Kopites won't go in there. But unless you are in the area it is pointless going there. Just keep away from the main bars in the city that are full of them, you will easily spot them a mile off.

Not really a big pub drinker so hopefully someone else will come up with better idea

The city centre is always nuts of a weekend, pubs are crammed all day and night.
Avoid Between Liverpool Central and Lime Street, full of the Full kit wan**rs in all the Irish bars. Your probably best finding a smaller boozer around the Albert Dock kind of area where tourists will be mingling in.
I live in Liverpool for my sins and have to share a train with the f***ers tomorrow en route to the game. I've tried having banter and football talk with them in past games on the rattler and the majority are horrible , just looking for a row.

Not sure what City will turn up. Conceding stupid goals before the break so hopefully we will start to defend robustly again. Liverpool have plenty of goal scorers so can’t see them not scoring.

Pep alluded to the midfield. The old players did not have to be told the plan after spending so much time together. Equally some new players are maybe struggling to execute exactly what the boss wants.

Midfield needs to stop being so open for us to stop the counters.

2-2 draw with both defences not looking great.

Any sort of win would be fantastic and build momentum. Stuffing the scruffy victim frauds would be great.

I mean pretty much every defender has had one crap performance this year, which usually was made worse by some teammate also f-ing up. And they have all been chastised for being the slowest person on earth according to social media. (Clearly I’m salty because I feel like defenders always get disproportionate blame! We’re lucky to have the choices we do!)
Agree but it’s a shame Laporte has gone as he still had loads to offer
