We will all have to wait for the club to conclude its own investigation as to who is to blame. If it is found to be another club from the Premier League, or form another country, they should be heavily fined and a hefty points penalty as well, so that it will not happen again to any other club.

It doesn't have to be a former employee, it just means someone found out someones log in details. I have no idea how the Scout 7 security system works, but if it's like a lot of websites then they could easily have hacked someones email and got the system to send them a new password, or got the security question etc etc. People "hack" in this way all the time, as it's not particularly difficult
