I think City are intent on appointing Guardiola at the end of this season and have been for years, but whether that happens is down to Bayern, and Guardiola. We aren't going to do anything until that position becomes clear.

The only decent thing about yesterday was that when I got back to my car, I put the heated seat on, turned the heating up to max, and began to defrost.

I was at a family function yesterday and so missed the game, all i have seen are the goals and so it isn't really fair of me to offer an opinion on the game. However the one thing i can say is that the moment I saw that team sheet my heart sank and i knew we were going to be up against it. What makes it even worse is that most supporters felt the same, Yaya in a midfield 2 rarely works and certainly not against a team managed by Klopp. The one thing we had to do yesterday was to match their work rate and effort in the midfield and you can't do that when you are so out numbered.

If Yaya starts at Juve then there is something wrong, Pelle seems to being losing the plot at the moment.

He doesn't have to say anything except that we paid poorly and were made to pay for it by an excellent Liverpool team. Off course Ancelotti gets it wrong from time to time, but I would say his track record suggests he maybe learns from those mistakes and doesn't keep repeating them in the vain hope that somehow it'll all come good one day.

If as you say we are just hanging on like some creepy stalker for Pep then my estimation of the hierarchy has gone down. Nobody runs a business like that - particularly with football where it is all about the here and now. We can not write-off another season, especially one where the current champions are an absolute shambles.
