Smaller places can be close minded and full of prejudice. Birkenhead may only be a stone throw from Liverpool but contains some truly awful vermin and utter no go pubs.

I’ve thought of four of the girls who are often out. They’ve got eighteen kids between them with not one in their custody and none of them work. Then you get smackheads coming in selling deodorant, meat, aftershave. I never knew this in other areas.

Thankfully I’m in Prenton but bigger cities are full of culture, opportunity and a wider variety of people.

Just seen the itv news last night. They did a section on liverpool and the gangs, drugs and guns.
ITV news painted a very black picture of liverpool. Basically saying the city is getting out of control.

I wouldnt be surprised if itv news receive complaints about the article. We know the dippers dont like to hear the truth.

Watched something in the early hours on bbci player relating to the shooting of the little girl and drug dealers in gutterpool...interesting, heartbreaking and vomit churning for very different reasons

Doesn't help when the plod have a history of not identifying/finding suspects even when they have plenty of photographic/video evidence to help.
