I know this thread will probably get shot down in flames but we're staying over for a couple of nights over Easter. What are the main tourist attractions before I do some Google research. Put the football to the back of your minds please as I've heard good things about the City in general. Thanks!

Get practicing your best scouse accent ( or Irish ) as soon as they know you ain’t a local you have no chance . Worked in the outskirts of the city for best part of 2 years and to this day I can’t think of one single good thing about the place .
